Terms and Conditions

All products and services offered by Custom Audio Cables known as "The Seller" or "We" are sold to the purchaser, known as "the Buyer" only on the terms and conditions stated herein and except as required by law.

• Payment terms
  Credit card payment, direct deposit, cheque (subject to clearance) or money order is required with order prior to delivery
  

  Payment to approved accounts is strictly net 14 days from the date of invoice. At our sole discretion we reserve the right to request full or partial payment before delivery. If the buyer fails to make payment within 14 days from the date of invoice we shall be entitled to claim from the buyer all costs related to any action taken to recover monies or goods due from the buyer including legal costs and bank fees related to dishonoured cheques.

• Prices
  All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted in writing will be firm for a period of 30 days from date of offer.

• GST
  All prices, unless stated otherwise exclude GST

• Retention of title
  Title to the goods supplied shall not pass to the buyer until the seller receives payment in full.

• Transport
  The responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer once the goods have been passed to the carrier. Liability for loss or damage is therefore that of the buyer thereafter.

• Warranties
  We make no warranties, expressed or implied except as required by law and as follows:
  

  All goods are warranted for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of shipment to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when supplied. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replace goods at our discretion proven within the warranty period to be defective at the time of shipment.
  

  The buyer shall be responsible for all expense of removal, freight and reinstallation in connection with repairs or replacement of defective goods. In no event shall we be responsible for or reimburse the buyer for repairs or replacements made by others.
  

  In no event shall we be liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained by the buyer however arising.

• Claims
  The buyer is required to check all goods received from Custom Audio Cables against invoices/ and or delivery notes, at the time of receipt of goods. In the event of incorrect or short deliveries, the buyer is required to report these immediately to the Seller and the carrier. Any claim made after 48 hours following goods receipt will be void.

• Goods in custody
  Whilst reasonable care will be taken for the safe keeping of goods whilst in the care of Custom Audio Cables, goods can only be accepted for the purpose of testing, repair or modification on the basis that loss or damage that may arise from fire, storm, water or theft are at the risk of the owner.

• Cancellations of order
  No cancellations of orders will be accepted unless by prior agreement and then only upon terms which will compensate Custom Audio Cables for the cost of cancellation.
